   At Jan Ayush, your peace of mind is our priority. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, backed by our Satisfaction Promise—if you aren’t happy for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days.
2. Eligibility
   • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
   • Items must be in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
   • Opened items:
     • Should not be more than 25% consumed/used.
     • GST will not be refunded.
     • A 10% service charge will be applied.
   • Returns not meeting these conditions may be denied.

   If the product does not meet your expectations, simply contact us to begin the return process—no complicated steps required.

5. Refund Process
